ASIAN NOODLES WITH CHILI-NUT SAUCE

3 tablespoons Smucker's® Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, Jif® Extra Crunchy or Simply Jif® Peanut Butter

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

1-2 tablespoons Chinese chili oil

1/4 cup rice vinegar

2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

1 (10 ounce) package Chinese wheat noodles or 1/2 pound package whole wheat spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

4 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Stir to blend well. Toss drained noodles with chili-nut sauce, onions and peppers. Cool noodles to room temperature. To serve, place noodles on serving platter, garnish with sesame seeds. For a variation, add 2 cups chopped cooked chicken.

I use chocolate, small pretzels and M&M's for eyes to make these really cute spiders. The body is made out of two Ritz crackers with peanut butter between them. Ingredients For Your Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1. One Fourth Cup Butter.

2. One Cup Light Brown Sugar.

3. Four ( 1/2 Inch Thick ) Fresh Pineapple Slices.

4. One Half Cup Dried Cherries.

5. One Half Cup Macadamia Nuts , Chopped.

6. Three Large Eggs , Seperated.

7. One Cup Sugar.

8. One Cup All Purpose Flour.

9. One Fourth Teaspoon Baking Soda.

10. One Teapoon Ground Sea Salt.

11. One Pinch Nutmeg.

12. One Third Cup Whole Milk.

Melt your butter in a 10 inch skillet and sprinkle with your brown sugar and the pinch of Nutmeg. This is the pan your going to cook your cake in.

Arrange pineapple slices, cherries, and nuts over brown sugar, cook until sugar bubbles. Remove from heat.

Beat your egg yolks until thick and pale, gradually add 1 cup of sugar, beating well. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to egg yolk mixture beating until just mixed. Stir in your milk. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into batter. Spoon the batter evenly over fruit in skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Run a knife around the edge of cake to loosen. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Invert on a serving tray or a plate and you now have one of the best pineapple upside down cakes you'll ever eat in your life.

Classic 7 Up Pound Cake Ingredients

1. One Half Cup Crisco Shortening.

2. One Cup Butter Softened.

5. One And One Fourth Cups 7 Up Divided.

6. One Teaspoon Almond Extract.

7. One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

Directions For Making Your Classic 7-Up Pound Cake

Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees.

Spray a 10 Inch Tube Pan With Vegetable Cooking Spray And Flour The Pan Well.

In a large bowl combine butter, shortening, 3 cups of the sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract and beat with an electric hand mixer until well mixed and fluffy.

Sift your flour and salt together

Add your eggs, flour, and 7 Up to the butter mixture like this. Add 1 egg, a bit of flour and a little of the 7 Up back and forth like that. Do this until all the eggs, the flour and one cup of the 7 Up is used up and mixed into the butter mixture.

Now spoon the prepared cake batter into the prepared 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes until done or until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Remove the cake from the pan.

Mix the remaining sugar and 7 Up together with a hand electric mixer.

Spread the icing over the cake.

The Most Delicious Chicken Fried Steak Ever

Chicken Fried Steak, A dish that's popular in the South and Midwest. This comfort food refers to a thin, inexpensive cut of steak that has been tenderized by pounding. It's dipped into a batter of milk, egg, and seasoned flour, then deep-fried like chicken until crisp, and served with a rich andd creamy country gravy. This dish is definitely not suitable for a low-fat diet. " I don't see too many people worrying about it - they just don't eat it every day". But when you do try it this chicken fried steak recipe makes the best chicken fried steak that you'll ever try in your life. No recipe makes it better than this recipe.

Chicken Fried Steak

1. One Fourth Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

2. One Fourth Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.

3. Four 4 Oz. Cube Steaks.

4. 38 Saltine Crackers, One Sleeve , Crushed Fine.

5. One And One Half Cups All Purpose Plain Flour Divided.

6. One Half Teaspoon Baking Powder.

7. Two Tablespoons Salt, Divided.

8. One And One Half Teaspoons Black Pepper , Divided.

9. One Half Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper.

10. Four And One Half Cups Milk, Divided.

11. Two Large Eggs.

12. Three And One Half Cups Peanut Oil.

How To Make Chicken Fried Steak

Sprinkle Salt And Pepper Evenly Over Steaks And Set Aside.

Combine Cracker Crumbs, One Cup Flour, Baking Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, and the red pepper.

Whisk together 3/4 Cup Milk and Eggs. Dredge steaks in cracker crumb mixture. Dip in milk mixture, and dredge in Saltine Mixture again.

Pour oil into skillet and heat to 360 degrees. Fry your steaks about 10 minutes. Turn and fry about 5 - 6 more minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack or paper towel covered plate.

Carefully drain hot oil, reserving cooked bits, and one tablespoon of drippings in skillet.

Whisk together remaining 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 4 cups milk.

Whisk together constantly for 10 - 12 minutes or until thickened. Return your steak to the gravy.

Serve your chicken fried steak with homemade mashed potatoes and homemade biscuits. This will be some of the most delicious chicken fried steak you will ever eat.

You can garnish your completed dish with some very finely diced green onions including the tops.

Delightfully Delicious Banana Pudding Cake

When I first started making this delightfully delicious recipe I couldn't believe how delicious it was. And yes if you'll follow the directions you'll be able to make one of these delicious cakes also.

Your going to need a pan large enough to make the package of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix by the package directions. Cook the cake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. You want to cook the cake just to the point to where it is done.

Let the cake cool until it is no longer hot. Take something and poke holes all the way down through the cake and make rows of holes like in the photo.

Make up two boxes of banana pudding filling by the package directions and when you have it made pour it out on the top of the cake. Use a rubber spatula to make sure that the pudding gets all down in the holes you punched in the cake.

Crush all the cookies in a box of Nilla Wafers really fine with a rolling pin or something like it. Spread the crushed Nilla Wafers out on top of the pudding mix in a single layer. Save back about a third of the crushed Nilla Wafers.

Now you will need a large carton of Cool Whip Topping thawed and softened. You want to carefully spread the layer of Cool Whip out on top of the cookie crumb layer. Now sprinkle the top of the Cool Whip topping with the crushed Nilla Wafers that you saved back.

NOw cover your cake with the lid to the pan or with plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I know this is the hard part.

When your ready to serve your cake take a banana and slice it into thin slices to garnish each piece of cake with a couple of banana slices.

This banana pudding cake is oh so delicious. It is in fact one of the most delicious cakes that I have ever tasted in my life. Try it and I think you'll agree that its the best cake you've ever tasted in your life.

Delightfully Delicious Pork Chops

If your looking for a really delicious recipe for pork chops then here it is. And believe me these pork chops are easy to make and oh so delicious.

Ingredients:

2 center-cut, thick cut, bone-in pork chops

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp. corn starch

2 tsp. ground sea salt, plus more to coat chops

2 tsp. ground black pepper, plus more to coat chops

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

Directions

Pat chops dry and generously coat with kosher salt and ground black pepper.

Combine flour, corn starch, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper in a shallow dish.

Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet until hot. Add butter and let melt completely (this will help with browning the chops).

Dredge chops, individually, into seasoned flour mixture to entirely coat and then shake off excess. Add chops to hot pan, careful not to overcrowd. Cook 4-5 minutes per side or until nicely golden brown. Test the chop by poking with a fork to make sure the juices run clear. Be careful not to overcook the chops, as this will make them dry and chewy.

Drain on plate lined with paper towels. Serve immediately.

And guess what? You now have some of the best pork chops you'll ever eat.

The Best Pork Chops You Will Ever Eat

I make these large bone in pork chops for special dinners all the time and people just simply love them. I have people all the time tell me that these are truly the best pork chops they have ever tasted in their life. And I think here I'm going to agree that these are quite possibly the best pork chops you'll ever cook and eat in your life.

You may not be able to purchase pork chops exactly like those in the photo above but what you want to do is purchase pork chops that have the bone in them and you want them at least a half inch thick. I sometimes purchase them at least a inch thick.

You need to start with your bone in pork chops, liquid Italian Dressing, and a plastic container with a lid. Put your bone in pork chops in the plastic container and pour your Italian Dressing over them. Put the lid on the plastic container and put them in the refrigerator for at least four hours. About once a hour go by and shake the container to be sure the marinade ( Italian Dressing ) is getting all over the pork chops.

When Your Ready To Cook Your Pork Chops

Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan that will hold all your pork chops unless you are going to cook them in batches.

You will need powdered garlic, real butter, and soy sauce.

Put your pork chops in the frying pan on the stove and let the pan heat up to about a medium heat. I use a frying pan that I have a lid for.

When the pork chops have heated up and are cooking I sprinkle them with powdered garlic, and I put a teaspoon of real butter on each pork chop. I then shake soy sauce out onto the pork chops. I put the lid on and let them cook over medium heat until I know they are done on that one side. I then turn my pork chops over and repeat all the seasonings and put the lid back on.

I turn my pork chops while they are cooking as little as possible. Ideally I turn them over one time. This combination of seasoning produces a pork chop that is absolutley the best pork chops you'll ever eat in your life. I serve thenm to family and guests all the time and people almost always say that these are the best pork chops they have ever had in their lifes.

I usually use my extra large electric skillet to cook my pork chops in. It has a tight fitting lid and it holds the heat in just perfect and produces some of the best pork chops ever. If your in doubt about your pork chops being done cut one in the thickest part of the pork chop and check.

Don't over cook these pork chops because they will become tough. With practice you'll know when they are just done and perfect. I hope you get to try making these delicious pork chops real soon.

I'll admit that I've been up at 4 A.M. making these brownies. I mean look at them in the photo and I bet it won't be long before your going to the store to get the ingredients to make these oh so delicious brownies.

Ingredients Needed For Your Brownies

1. Two Cups Of Chocolate Chips.

2. One And One Half Cups All Purpose Plain Flour.

3. One Teaspoon Baking Powder.

4. One Level Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

5. One And One Fourth Cups Cocoa Powder.

6. One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

7. Four Large Eggs.

8. Two And One Fourths Cup Of Sugar.

9. Two Sticks Real Butter.

Start off by spraying a 13" X 9" baking pan with vegetable cooking spray and pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

In a sauce pan on the stove cook your butter and sugar together until they are very well mixed and smooth. Then remove from heat. Let cool a few minutes.

Now add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat with a wire whisk until its very smooth.

Mix together the remainder of your ingredients and stir into the ingredients you already have in the sauce pan. Let your chocolate chips be the last thing you mix into the mixture.

Now pour your mixed ingredients out into your prepared baking pan and bake for about thirty minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean.

You have just made some of the best brownies in the world. Make a pan and take them to a friend. I guarantee you they will love you for life.

Hot N' Spicy Chicken Recipe #1. Spicy Chicken Wings

1 lg. can Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. oregano

4 tbsp. parsley

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 stick margarine

4-5 lbs. chicken wings

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Melt margarine in small pan. Cut up chicken wings. Discard tips. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Dunk chicken wings in margarine and roll in cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour. Serve warm.

#2. Hot Chicken Wings

Chicken wings

1/2 stick margarine

1 bottle Durkee hot sauce

2 tbsp. honey

10 shakes Tabasco

2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Deep fry wings for 20 minutes. Drain and dip and let set in sauce. Take out to dry and then serve.

#3. Hot-N-Spicy Chicken Wings

5 lbs. bag chicken wings (drumettes)

12 fl. oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce

1-2 sticks butter

Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.

Salisbury Steak with Caramelized Onion Gravy

Meat Patties

1. Two Pound Of Lean Ground Beef.

2. One Cup Cooked White Rice.

3. Two Egg Yolks.

4. Two Teaspoons Ground Sea Salt.

6. One Tablespoon Minced Fresh Garlic.

7. Two Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce.

8. Three Tablespoons Dried Parsley.

Add all of the above ingredients to a large bowl and mix your ingredients together very well. Once you have all your ingredients very well mixed together you want to wet your hands with water and make the meat mixture out into eight equal size patties. Now put your reserved olive oil in a large skillet and cook the meat patties on both sides until well browned and done. You'll want to cook them over medium heat so they cook well and brown. Don't burn your meat patties. Now put your meat patties in your slow cooker or crock pot and turn on low.

Caramelized Onion Gravy

Now we are going to make our gravy.

Ingredients For Your Gravy

1. Two Large Sweet Onions Very Thinly Sliced.

2. Three Tablespoons Butter.

3. Three Tablespoons All Purpose Plain Flour.

4. Four Cups Beef Broth.

5. One Half Cup Dry Red Wine.

6. One Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar.

7. One Tablespoon Tomato Paste.

Instructions For Making Your Gravy

Start off by melting your butter in a sauce pan over low heat. As soon as the butter is melted add your flour and with a wire whisk work the flour into the butter well and let it brown well.

Be sure not to burn your flour. You want it to be brown but not burned. Now add your beef broth to the pan and use the wire whisk to stir very well mixing all the flour mixture into the beef broth. Now stir everything else into your gravy but the onions and keep stirring until all the mixture is very well mixed and you notice the gravy getting thicker. Now turn the sauce pan down on low and add your onions into the gravy. Let the gravy cook on the lowest setting on your burner for about 35 minutes and your onions will be cooked just right. Now pour into the crock pot on top of the meat patties and allow it to cook for about four hours on low before you serve it. You'll have some of the best homemade salisbury steak that you'll ever taste in your life. I like to serve it over homemade mashed potatoes and people say its the best salisbury steak they have ever tasted in their life.

Million Dollar Pound Cake

1. One Pound Butter, Softened.

2. Three Cups Sugar.

3. Six Large Eggs.

4. Four Cups All Purpose Flour.

5. 3/4 Cup Of Milk.

6. One Teaspoon Almond Extract.

7. One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

Your going to need a large bowl and a electric hand mixer. Start by beating your butter and then gradually add the sugar. Beat at medium speed with the electric hand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add your eggs one at a time being sure to beat the mixture after you add each egg.

Add flour to buttery mixture alternately with milk. Beginning and ending with the flour.

Mix well after each addition and then mix in the flavorings.

Spoon the batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.

Pound Cake

A pound cake is a dense, rich cake originally made with 1 pound each of flour, butter, and eggs. Today, pound cake might include a variety of other ingredients such as baking powder, sour cream, coconut, nuts, fruits, and flavorings.

To ensure your pound cake has the best texture, always measure ingredients precisely and mix batter properly. A critical step is beating the butter or shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.

This procedure takes about 5 minutes using an electric mixer and ingredients that have been at room temperature for 20 minutes. When adding eggs, flour, and liquid, mix until just blended. Over beating can cause your cake to be tough.

Everything You Ever Needed To Know About Coconut

Coconut Information

The large husk-covered fruit of the tropical palm tree. It's filled with a milky liquid and sweet white meat. The coconut has a hard outer shell that's hairy with three soft spots, sometimes refered to as eyes, on one end of the coconut. Once the shell is broken open, the nut inside has a dark brown skin covering the white, firm-textured coconut meat. Fresh coconuts are at their peak from October through December. Canned, frozen, or packed coconut is sold shredded, flaked, and grated in sweetened and unsweetened forms. Coconut cream, coconut milk, and coconut oil are also available.

Coconut Storage

Store whole coconuts up to a month. Store fresh coconut meat in the refrigerator for 5 - 6 days or freeze it for up to six months.

Unopened canned coconut can be kept at room temperature for up to 18 months. After you open canned or packaged coconut keep it in the refrigerator for 5 - 6 days.

How Do You Crack A Coconut?

Start by piercing the three eyes of the coconut with a long nail, screw driver or ice pick. Hold the coconut firmly with a towel while your doing this.

Drain the milky liquid. This can be used as a beverage or used in cooking. But don't confuse this with coconut milk. Next place the shell on a hard surface, and gently, but firmly, tap it all around until it cracks and splits open. Break the shell apart with your hands and very carefully cut the white meat from the shell. Peel the brown skin from the coconut meat. The meat can be grated or chopped up fine.And now you know how to get the coconut meat out of the shell.

Coconut Cream

A rich coconut-flavored liquid made by pouring one part boiling water or milk over four parts coconut meat. The mixture is simmered until foamy, cooled, and then strained. The rich liquid is often used in Asian cooking. You can find coconut cream in the ethnic foods section of your local grocery store.

Coconut Oil

A dense, white buttery oil obtained by pressing coconut meat to obtain the oil that it naturally contains.

Coconut Cream Pie

Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

1. 3/4 Cup Sugar Divided.

2. 1/4 Cup Corn Starch.

3. Two Cups Half And Half.

4. Four Egg Yolks.

5. Three Tablespoons Butter.

6. Two Tablespoons Vanilla Extract Divided.

7. One Baked ( 9 inch ) Pie Shell.

8. One Cup Whipping Cream.

9. Toasted Coconut For Garnish.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in a heavy sauce pan. Gradually whisk in the half and half and the egg yolks.

Bring to a boil over medium heat whisking contantly with a wire whisk. Boil for one minute and then remove from the heat.

Stir in the butter, coconut, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool to room temperature.

When cool pour into your baked pie shell and chill for thirty minutes or firmly set.

Beat your whipping cream at high speed with a electric hand mixer until foamy. Add remaining sugar ( 1/4 Cup ) and the other teapoon of vanilla extract.

Beat until peaks form and then its ready. Spread over your chilled pie and sprinkle with toasted coconut as a garnish.

This is one of the most delicious pies that you'll ever make and enjoy in your life. It is so delicious.

Here we have delicious Chipotle Grilled Pork Ribs. If your looking for something special to do with pork ribs then here it is. For easier serving, cut spareribs apart into serving-size portions before they're cooked. If you ask the butcher, he will usually do this for you. To get them really tender, try precooking your ribs by baking them once to render fat and then bake them again with barbecue sauce, or place them on a hot grill and brush them with barbecue sauce.

Chipotle Grilled Pork Ribs

1. One Fourth Cup Butter.

2. One Medium Sweet Onion Chopped Fine.

3. One Tablespoon Minced Fresh Garlic.

4. One Large Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced Very Fine.

5. One Cup Ketchup.

6. One Fourth Cup Red Wine Vinegar.

7. One Fourth Cup Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce Diced Very Fine.

8. One Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce.

9. Three Pounds Pork Ribs.

10. One Tablespoon Course Ground Sea Salt.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper, and saute 3 - 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in your ketchup and next three ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. You can then reserve one fourth cup of your sauce for dipping if you desire.

Cut pork ribs up into small pieces. Sprinkle with the salt. Brush both sides of the ribs with the sauce.

Cook your ribs over indirect heat on a charcoal grill. This is where you cook the ribs on one side of the charcoal grill and have the charcoal fire over on the other side.

You will want to cook on a very clean grill and spray the grill grates well with vegetable cooking spray.

You'll want to cook your ribs about two hours turning them over about every thirty minutes. This is a popular way of cooking and preparing barbecue ribs in Key West Florida.

You will have enough ribs for about two hungry people. Double or triple the ribs if you need to.

Secrets For Cooking Pork

Almost all cuts of pork are tender and can be cooked by dry heat. But keep in mind that pork is lean and cooks quickly. Overcooking pork can make it dry and tough. We test thicker cuts of pork for perfect doneness with a meat thermometer. For thin pork chops, a quick sear on each side will usually be all you need.

Pork is the meat from hogs raised for food. Pork is light pink in color, full flavored, and has a finely grained texture. Most pork in the marketplace today is cured or smoked, such as bacon, sausage, and ham, or sold fresh.

Some slaughter houses have their pork graded by the USDA on a system based on the proportion of fat to lean. The grades are 1, 2, 3, 4, and utility, with grade 1 being the best. All pork is subject to state and federal inspection.

Look for pork that has pink flesh, a clean smell, and white fat. Cured pork should be rosy pink. Pork takes on a gray color when it's been in the meat case too long. Vacum sealed pork will be slightly darker because the meat isn't exposed to air.

Store pork in the package in which it was packed when purchased. Divide large packages of pork into smaller packages when you bring it home if you need to. Use freezer bags that sip shut and push out all the air you can when you are filling each package.

Cooking

Though pork is virtually disease free it's still recommended that you cook all pork to 160 degrees. Check the temp. in the thickest part of the meat. Rely on your meat thermometer for accurate doneness.

Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

If you've never had Chicken Cordon Bleu made this way then you have never tasted the best chicken recipe in the world because I truly think that this is the best grilled chicken dish that I've ever had in my life.

You could make this dish with chicken breasts but I think you'll believe that made with chicken thighs that this is quite possibly the best grilled chicken recipe that you've ever tasted in your life. Yes it really is that good. Try it and I think you'll agree. And chicken thighs have so much more flavor than chicken breasts. Try it both ways and I think you'll agree that chicken thighs are just packed with flavor compared to chicken breasts. And the chicken thighs are usually about a third the cost of chicken breasts.

I pick out a pack of large chicken thighs to make this recipe with and I look for large chicken thighs. I then carefully remove the bone from each chicken thigh and the skin. Once you have the skin and bone removed you'll want to marinade the prepared chicken thighs in liquid Italian Dressing for at least four hours. You can do it over night if you want to. After the chicken gets through soaking in the marinade shake off any excess dressing before you proceed with the recipe.

You want to split each chicken thigh carefully almost in half cross ways across the chicken thigh so you have a pocket to put a thin slice of baked ham and a slice of Swiss cheese in. I also put a teaspoon of real butter inside with the cheese and ham. I then secure the whole thing with a toothpick.

You want your grill to be hot when you get ready to cook your chicken. Spray the grill grates with vegetable cooking spray. Cook your stuffed chicken thighs on one side until they are done on that side and then flip the chicken thighs over.

You don't want the chicken thighs to burn or get over done and dry out. Keep a spray bottle of water near your grill in case you have to put out any small fires on your grill.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

You'll want to make the below sauce for your Chicken Cordon Bleu and serve it over your chicken and also over your mashed potatoes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

1. One Cup Chicken Broth.

2. One Cup Whole Milk.

3. Four Tablespoons Butter.

4. One Tablespoon Dry Sherry.

5. Four Tablespoons Plain All Purpose Flour.

6. One Tablespoon Dijon Mustard.

7. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

8. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.

9. One Tablespoon Dried Ground Parsley.

You will want to start by heating your butter in a large skillet until it is just melted and then with a wire whisk work the plain all purpose flour into the butter.

Let the flour brown slightly but do not burn your flour. When it is slightly brown work everything else into the pan and keep stirring with a wire whisk to get everything very well mixed together. Cook on low heat until it is thickened like gravy. You can then spoon some of this delicious sauce over each serving of Chicken Cordon Bleu.

I think once you ever taste this wonderful dish that you'll agree that its one of the best chicken dishes that you've ever tasted in your life. It really is that delicious.
