Homemade Mac And Cheese Recipe

Here we have a recipe for some of the best Mac And Cheese your ever going to make and eat in your life.

This is truly one of the best recipes for homemade mac and cheese that your ever going to make and eat in your life. It is so very wonderful.

1. 8 ounces uncooked Elbow Macaroni

2. 2 cups fine shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4. 3 cups whole milk

5. 1/4 cup butter

6. 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose plain flour

7. 2 tablespoons butter

8. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

9. 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions For Making Your Homemade Mac And Cheese

Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.

Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover. Sprinkle with a little paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees , for 30 minutes. Serve while hot.

If you have little one cup baking dishes you can make individual servings of the mac and cheese. Kids love it made this way.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak In The World

Whether its called country fried steak, smothered steak, or chicken fried steak, one thing is certain. Southerners have grown up loving this cast iron comfort beef dish. It's a supper menu we all like, deliciously crisp and tender chicken fried steak, green beans, mashed potatoes and of course, creamy country gravy.

It's a dish that is popular in the South and Midwest. This comfort food refers to a thin, inexpensive cut of steak that has been tenderized by pounding. It's dipped into a batter of milk, egg, and seasoned flour, then deep fried like chicken until crisp, and served with a rich and creamy seasoned country gravy. This dish is definitely not suitable for a low fat diet. I don't see too many people worrying about it, they just don't eat it every day though I could.

Chicken Fried Steak Ingredients

1. 1/4 Teaspoon ground Sea Salt.

2. 1/4 Teaspoon ground Black Pepper.

3. Four 4 Oz. Cube Steaks.

4. One Sleeve Saltine Crackers Crushed Very Well.

5. 1 1/4 Cups Plain All Purpose Flour.

6. 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder.

7. 2 Teaspoons Ground Sea Salt Divided.

8. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper Divided.

9. 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper.

10. 4 3/4 Cups Whole Milk Divided.

11. 2 Large Eggs.

12. 3 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil.

Instructions For Making Your Chicken Fried Steak

Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over both sides of steaks and set aside.

Combine cracker crumbs, 1 cup flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and the red pepper.

Whisk together 3/4 cup of milk and eggs. Dredge steaks in cracker crumb mixture. Dip in milk mixture and dredge in the cracker crumbs again.

Pour oil in hot skillet and heat to 360 degrees. Fry steaks 10 minutes then turn and fry 4 - 5 more minutes until golden brown. Take out and put in a paper towel lined pan. Carefully drain oil reserving cooked bits and 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.

Whisk together remaining 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 4 cups milk. Pour mixture into reserved drippings in skillet. Cook over medium heat whisking constantly. Serve the steaks with gravy and mashed potatoes.

Worlds Best Fried Chicken Recipe

My late Grandmother Hattie taught me how to make the best fried chicken in the world. If you want to make the best fried chicken in the world then you will want to make this wonderful recipe for fried chicken.

Ingredients For Your Fried Chicken

1. Three Quarts Water.

2. One Tablespoon Ground Sea Salt.

3. One Fryer Cut Up.

4. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt Divided.

5. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Divided.

6. One Cup All Purpose Plain Flour.

7. Two Cups Vegetable Oil.

8. One Fourth Cup Bacon Drippings.

Instructions For Making The Worlds Best Fried Chicken

Combine 3 quarts water and 1 tablespoon of salt in a large bowl. Add the chicken and cover and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Drain chicken, rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper over the chicken. Combine flour and remaining salt and pepper in a large zip lock bag.

Place 2 pieces of the chicken in the bag and seal. Then shake to coat well. Remove chicken and repeat procedure until you have all the chicken coated.

Combine the oil and bacon grease in a electric frying pan.

Heat to 360 degrees or as close as possible.

Add chicken a few pieces at a time, skin side down. Cover and cook 6 minutes then uncover and cook 9 more minutes. Turn the pieces of chicken over and cook for 6 more minutes covered. Uncover and cook for 9 more minutes turning all the chicken over during the last 3 minutes to make sure it gets even browning. Drain on paper towel and serve as soon as possible.

I guarantee you that this will be the best fried chicken you will ever eat.

Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken Tenders Recipe

You will need for this recipe Oriental Powdered Mustard, Honey, Soy Sauce, Powdered Garlic, Bacon, and Toothpicks.

In a large bowl combine 2 tablespoons of Oriental Powdered Mustard, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce,and two tablespoons of powdered garlic.

I use skinned boneless chicken thighs and I cut each skinned boneless chicken thigh up into three to four pieces. I usually do about a pound of skinned boneless chicken thighs. I put the chicken in the bowl of marinade and cover it. I then put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to over night. You will need to stir the chicken in the bowl a few times while it is marinading to make sure it all gets some of the marinade.

You can use chicken breasts for this recipe but I think the chicken thigh meat has much better flavor.

The next day I pour the marinade off the chicken and then wrap each piece of chicken thigh with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. I then grill the chicken on a hot grill until the chicken and bacon are both done. I promise you that this is some of the best chicken you will ever eat and yes I do mean ever.

Sprinkle with ground sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. This makes this chicken so very delicious. I now always use ground sea salt rather than regular table salt. I use course ground sea salt when ever I can find it.

Crockpot Beef and Broccoli

1. 1 lb boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips

2. 1 cup beef broth

3. 1/2 cup soy sauce

4. 1/3 cup brown sugar

5. 1 tablespoon sesame oil

6. 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

7. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

8. 2 bunches fresh broccoli florets

9. Ground sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions For Making Your Crockpot Beef And Broccoli:

1. Place beef in a crock pot.

2. In a small bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

3. In a cup, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons sauce from the crock pot until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir well to combine.

4. Add broccoli to the crock pot. Stir to combine.

5. Cover and cook an additional 45 minutes on high (the sauce has to boil for it to thicken).

6. Serve over hot cooked buttered rice.

The Ultimate Best Tasting Cheeseburger Ever

If you want a cheeseburger with a wow factor then you want this cheeseburger. It is truly one of the best cheeseburgers your ever going to eat in your life. And yes I do mean in your life. Classic smashed burgers are all about maximizing that deep, brown crust. But I found myself wondering, what if I were to take this to the extreme? Is there a way I could pack even more flavor into a burger? And thus, the ultra-smashed burger was born. Same burger size, but twice the amount of crisp, browned crust.

Why this recipe works so very well:

Smashing ground beef firmly into a non-greased pan increases contact points, delivering maximum crust and maximum flavor.

We use a stiff spatula or a bench scraper to scrape the burger up from the pan, making sure to get every last bit of tasty brown crust.

By cooking two 2-ounce patties instead of one 4-ounce patty, we get double the amount of crust, while a slice of cheese in between the patties keeps things moist.

Note: These burgers cook very fast, so it's best to make them one at a time. If making multiple burgers, keep them warm under a tent of foil while preparing subsequent burgers.

Ingredients For Your Oh So Delicious Cheeseburgers

1 soft hamburger roll, buttered and toasted.

Condiments and toppings as desired, such as mayonnaise, mustard, shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, or pickles.

4 ounces freshly ground beef , divided into two 2-ounce balls.

Ground sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

1 slice good melting cheese, such as American or homemade melting cheese slices

How To Prepare And Cook These Delicious Cheeseburgers

1. Prepare burger bun by laying toppings on the bottom bun. Have it nearby and ready for when your burger is cooked.

2. Preheat a large stainless steel sauté pan or skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Place balls of beef in the pan, and smash down with a stiff metal spatula, using a second spatula to add pressure. Smashed patties should be slightly wider than the burger bun.

3. Season generously with salt and pepper and allow to cook until well-browned and top is beginning to turn pale pink/gray in spots, about 45 seconds. Using a bench scraper or the back side of a stiff metal spatula, carefully scrape burger patties from pan, making sure to get all of the browned bits.

4. Flip patties and immediately place a slice of cheese over one patty and stack the second directly on top. Immediately remove from pan and transfer to waiting burger bun. Serve.

Worlds Best Spaghetti Recipe

If your looking for a really delicious spaghetti recipe then here it is. I promise you that this is the best Spaghetti Recipe that your ever going to cook and eat in your life. If you love spaghetti then I promise you that you will love this delicious spaghetti.

1. 2 lbs Italian sausage, casings removed (mild or hot)

2. 1 small sweet onion, chopped (optional)

3. 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

4. 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes

5. 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

6. 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce

7. 2 cups water (for a long period of simmering for flavors to meld.)

8. 3 teaspoons dried basil

9. 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

10. 1 1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar

11. 1 teaspoon ground sea salt

12. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

13. 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

14. 1/4 cup red wine

15. 1 lb thin spaghetti noodles

16. Parmesan cheese, buy a piece from a deli and grate it yourself.

Instructions For Putting Your Spaghetti Together

1. In large, heavy stockpot, brown Italian sausage, breaking up as you stir.

2. Add onions and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until onions are softened.

3. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.

4. Add basil, parsley, brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.

5. Stir well and barely bring to a boil.

6. Stir in red wine.

7. Simmer on low, stirring frequently for at least an hour. A longer simmer makes for a better sauce, just be careful not to let it burn!

8. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

9. Spoon sauce over drained spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
