What you do is make up a box of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix by the package directions and then spray your waffle iron with vegetable cooking spray and cook corn meal waffles. Yes the corn meal waffles really are that easy to make and they presentation on the plate is just beautiful. Just cook your cornmeal waffles until they are golden brown. I like to cook mine until they are real golden brown and crisp. If you get them that way and put your homemade chili on top of them right then and top them with the sides you'll find that you have one of the most delicious meals your ever going to have in your life.

3. Shredded Lettuce.

4. Guacamole

5. Sour Cream.
