1. One Fourth Cup Butter.

2. One Cup Light Brown Sugar.

3. Four ( 1/2 Inch Thick ) Fresh Pineapple Slices.

4. One Half Cup Dried Cherries.

5. One Half Cup Macadamia Nuts , Chopped.

6. Three Large Eggs , Seperated.

7. One Cup Sugar.

8. One Cup All Purpose Flour.

9. One Fourth Teaspoon Baking Soda.

10. One Teapoon Ground Sea Salt.

11. One Pinch Nutmeg.

12. One Third Cup Whole Milk.

Melt your butter in a 10 inch skillet and sprinkle with your brown sugar and the pinch of Nutmeg. This is the pan your going to cook your cake in.

Arrange pineapple slices, cherries, and nuts over brown sugar, cook until sugar bubbles. Remove from heat.

Beat your egg yolks until thick and pale, gradually add 1 cup of sugar, beating well. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to egg yolk mixture beating until just mixed. Stir in your milk. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into batter. Spoon the batter evenly over fruit in skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Run a knife around the edge of cake to loosen. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
