Two Ingredient Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Here you use just two ingredients to make a delicious pan of brownies that I guarantee you will be some of the best brownies your ever going to taste.

1. Betty Crocker 18 Oz. Fudge Brownie Mix (dry mix only)

2. 2 cups LIBBY’S 100% Pure Pumpkin

3. Cool Whipped Topping (Optional )

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil or parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.

3. In a bowl mix together brownie mix and pumpkin until smooth.

4. Spread batter into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set. You just want them firm and not over cooked. The top of the brownies should fill firm to the touch. If they do then they are ready to come out of the oven. Let them set and cool in the foil or parchment paper lined pan before you cut them up and remove them from the pan. Each individual brownie can be wrapped in plastic wrap.

5. Let cool completely. Top with (optional) Cool Whip® if desired.

I like to use the new baking paper that has parchment paper on one side and tin foil on the other side. If you line a baking pan with this particular baking paper put the tin foil side down.

The Most Delicious Vintage Cake Recipe Ever

This layered white cake with cream cheese frosting would be delicious on its own, but a secret hidden layer takes it right over the top. Vintage Cake is a cake mix recipe for fluffy, moist white cake sitting atop a layer of decadent brownies soaked in a chocolate sauce. The combination of fluffy cake with rich chocolate in this cake will have everyone going back for seconds. Plus, it uses cake mix and brownie mix for shortcut. If you ever go to the trouble to make this wonderful cake you will make it again and again.

Ingredients For The Vintage Cake

1. 1 box white cake mix

2. 1 box brownie mix

3. 2 squares (2 ounces) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

4. 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk (half of a 14-ounce can)

Cream Cheese Frosting:1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 cups confectioner's sugar1/4 cup milk

Instructions

Prepare white cake as directed on the box, and pour into two 9-inch round cake pans. Bake the cakes by the directions on the box.

Allow cakes to cool to room temperature.Prepare brownies as directed, baking in a 9-inch round cake pan.

To make the chocolate sauce, place the chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon water in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted (about 5 minutes).

While the brownies are still warm, place the brownie layer on a cake stand. Slowly pour the chocolate sauce on top, letting it soak into the brownie. Allow the sauce to soak in for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the cream cheese frosting.

Place a white cake layer on top of the brownies and top with approximately 1/4 cup of the frosting using a spatula.

Add the second white cake layer and cover the cake in a layer of cream cheese frosting.

Chill the cake until ready to serve.

To make the frosting:

Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a stand mixer and mix on medium speed until incorporated, about 1 or 2 minutes. Add the confectioner's sugar 1 cup at a time, until the frosting is light and creamy. For thicker/stiffer frosting, add more confectioner's sugar 1/4 cup at a time. If the frosting is too stiff, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

Best Brownies You'll Ever Taste

Here are truly the best brownies you'll ever make and eat in your life. These brownies were first made in a school cafeteria in a small town in Idaho. Let me tell you that these are truly some of the best brownies that your ever going to taste in your life.

These are made from scratch brownies. No mix is used here and these brownies are so wonderful.

If you'll follow the below instructions you will end up with the best brownies you'll ever taste. You want to frost these brownies while they are still warm but not hot. If you'll do that you'll end up with wonderfully delicious brownies.

Ingredients For Your Homemade Brownies

1. 1 cup of Butter

2. 1/2 cup of Cocoa

3. 2 cups of All Purpose Flour

4. 2 cups of Sugar

5. 4 Large Eggs

6. 4 teaspoons of Vanilla

7. 1 cup of Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions: I melt the Butter in the microwave and put into my mixing bowl, then I add cocoa and mix together until smooth. Add flour, and sugar. Beat together and then add eggs, vanilla, and nuts. Mix until combined. Do not over stir. Pour into greased, floured 9x13 baking pan.

An additional part of this recipe says that if you want to double the recipe, use a large baking sheet. If you do shake that pan to make sure the brownies are well settled before you cook your pan of brownies.

Additional Note , This batter will not be runny like a cake mix. You might have to spread it out over your pan with a rubber spatula. Bake 20-25 minutes @350 F or until done. I would check at it at 20 minutes. Wait only about 10 minutes to frost brownies. Frost them while they are warm (not hot).

The Chocolate Icing Recipe:

To make while the brownies bake 1/4 cup of softened Butter, 1/4 cup of canned Milk ,(regular milk is fine) ,1/4 cup of Cocoa, 3 cups of Powdered Sugar ,Dash of Salt. Mix all together and frost as desired.

Be sure that the oven is pre-heated when the brownies go into the oven.

Almond Joy Coconut Brownies

Here's another little twist on the classic boxed brownie mix for you. I didn't have much time to throw together a dessert for our party last week so I just picked up a few Almond Joy candies at Walgreens and whipped these up. The touch of coconut in the frosting is so refreshing.

What You'll Need:

1. 1 boxed brownie mix + all listed ingredients

2. 1 extra egg

3. 2 TBSP cream (can use milk)

4. 2 drops of coconut extract

5. 2 packages of Almond Joy Candies

6. 1/2 C coconut flakes

7. 2 C Powdered Sugar

8. 2 TBSP hot water

What You'll Do:

Mix brownies as directed on box. Add the additional egg, cream, and coconut flakes. Pour mix into a greased baking pan.

Chop up the Almond Joy Candies (any size you want really, I did small chunks) and place in batter. Use finger or spoon to cover each candy completely by surrounding batter.

Bake as directed on box.

For the frosting: Whip powdered sugar, water, and coconut flavoring.

For frosting the brownies, you can stripe the pan with the frosting and sprinkle with additional Almond Joy crumbs, or you can cut each brownie out as pictured. For the second serving option (great for parties), wait until the brownies have completely cooled. Then, use a cup or cookie cutter to cut out circles. Pipe frosting onto each brownie and top with a candy piece.

Tip's, Hints, And Tricks

I would use Betty Crocker Brownie Mix if you want your brownies to turn out just perfect. Your brownies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies are done. Be sure not to over cook your brownies.

Baking Smart

For the best results when baking always make sure that your oven has been pre-heated for at least 10 minutes before placing the product in the oven. In some instances it is also best to bake on the center shelf so that you will get an even circulation of the heat.

Genius 1-2-3 Cake In A Mug

This is one of the best discoveries ever made. Here we have one of the easiest ways to make a cake in a coffee mug that you'll ever see in your life. If you want cake then you can have it in just a few minutes. Doesn't that sound wonderful. All you have to do is make your cake in the coffee mug and when its done pour it out into a bowl and put s scoop of vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup over that, then put cool whip topping on top of that. You'll have the best dessert you'll ever have in your life. Yes the best dessert you'll ever eat in your life. There is no better dessert than this.

Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. I LOVE this idea!!! You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream whipped cream or whatever. Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now without making an entire cake!!

Some Things You Can Do To Jazz Up Your Cake In A Mug

1. Add 6 Miniature Marshmallows.

2. Add a tablespoon of Fine Ground Pecans.

3. Add a tablespoon of Chocolate Syrup.

4. Add a tablespoon of Sour Cream.

5. Add a tablespoon of Expresso Drink Mix.

You can add 1-2 of any of those items if you want a jazzed up Cake in a Mug. You can't add more than 1-2 items or it won't fit in your coffee mug.

I suggest spraying your coffee mug on the inside with vegetable cooking spray before you add any ingredients to your coffee mug. This will help the cake to easily slip out of the mug when it is done and it will make clean up so much easier.

I hope you get to make this delicious cake in a mug real soon. It is so very delicious. I promise you that kids will love these so very much. What are you waiting on. Lets make a delicious cake in a mug.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie n’ Oreo Fudge Brownie Bars Recipe

Here we have a delicious recipe that is a combination of the best desserts in the world. You have chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, and brownies. Once you get it made you can add hot chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. That makes it into the most delicious dessert you will ever eat in your life. Yes in your life. This is the most delicious dessert that you will ever eat. Ever.

For these Brownie Bars I bought ready made mixes and those ready made mixes made this into the best dessert I have ever tasted in my life. Yes in my life and no I'm not kidding about this.

For The Recipe You Will Need

1. One Large Package Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix.

2. One Large Package Oreo Cookies.

3. One Large Package Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix.

Make the chocolate chip cookie mix up by the package directions in one bowl.

Make the fudge brownie mix up by the package directions in one bowl.

Now comes the fun part.

You will need to use a casserole dish or baking pan with at least 2 inch sides to bake your brownie bars in. Or bake it in two smaller casserole or baking pans.

Spray your pan well with vegetable cooking spray. In the bottom of the baking pan pour the chocolate chip cookie dough. Use a rubber spatula to spread the cookie dough out.

Now put rows of Oreos as tight as they will fit in the pan on top of the cookie dough.

Now pour the fudge brownie mix in on top of the Oreos and spread it out well with a rubber spatula.

Cover the top of your pan with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes in a hot 350 degree oven. After 35 minutes remove the aluminum foil and bake for 12 - 15 more minutes. Test how done it is by inserting a knife in the center of the pan. The cleaner it comes out the doner your brownie bars will be. Do not over cook your brownies.

Set the brownie bars out of the oven and let them set there for 10 minutes before you cut them into small portions and serve. I suggest serving a brownie bar in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top the ice cream with chocolate syrup. Top that with Kool Whip topping if you want to.

Let me warn you that you can't possibly eat just one of these. They are over in the refrigerator right now and I swear I hear them calling to me.

This is a really rich but delicious dessert. Made the way I have described it above I think it might be the best brownie bar dessert that you'll ever eat in your life. It is so delicious.

The Best Damn Brownies You'll Ever Put In Your Mouth

The Best Damn Brownies You'll Ever Put In Your Mouth

I know that's saying a lot but these are indeed the best damn brownies you'll ever put in your mouth. Once you ever eat one of these brownies you won't be able to stop. You'll want another and then you'll want another. And then you'll realize that these are indeed the best damn brownies you ever put in your mouth.

Ingredients

For the Brownie layer

10 tbsp unsalted butter

1 1/4 cups white sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 cup flour

For the Oreo layer

1 package of Oreo (regular stuffed or double stuffed)

For the Cookie Dough layer:

1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temp)

1/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

For the Brownie layer

In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder once the butter is melted. Whisk to combine and remove from heat. Add the salt, vanilla and eggs and continuously whisk until the eggs are combined. Add the flour and continue to mix. Set batter aside.

For the Cookie Dough layer

Cream together the butter and sugars in a mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla, making sure to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix on low until everything is incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips. Set dough aside.

Assembly

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan with tin foil and then spray the tin foil with a layer of baking spray.

Layer the cookie dough on the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan, pressing down to form the bottom of the brownies.

Layer as many oreos that will fit on top of the cookie dough. No need to overlap. One single layer will do.

Pour the brownie batter on top of the oreo layer and make sure it's evenly layers on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Test with a knife to see if the center is done. If the knife comes out clean, let the brownies rest before serving. If the knife comes out with batter still on it, allow the brownies to bake about 5 minutes more.

Serve with ice cream

You can eat these hot from the oven but what I suggest is to cut out your brownie and put it in a bowl. Add a big scoop of ice cream to the bowl and once you taste them you'll know and understand why these are truly the best damn brownies you will ever put in your mouth.

Rocky Road Brownies

Looking for an easy yummy recipe that you can either make from a box or from scratch.

Ingredients

1 box or package brownie mix

Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box

1⅓ cups (8 oz) semisweet chocolate chips

1 to 1⅓ cups miniature marshmallows

¾ cup chopped peanuts

I only had white chocolate chips so I used those, plus put the marshmallows on top and put back into the oven to toast it up a bit

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 8-inch or 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box--except stir in 2/3 cup of the chocolate chips. Spread in pan.

Bake brownies as directed on box. Immediately after removing from oven, sprinkle with 1 to 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows, remaining 2/3 cup chocolate chips and the peanuts. (For softer marshmallows, cover pan with cookie sheet about 2 minutes.) Cool completely, about 2 hours. For 16 brownies, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows with knife dipped in hot water. Store tightly covered.

If you want to play around with this recipe its perfectly all right. I've made them with white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. And I've tried it by adding a half cup of coconut.

You now know exactly how to make Rocky Road Brownies. So what are you waiting on. Get busy making these delicious Rocky Road Brownies.
