Crockpot Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup Recipe

Crockpot Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup Recipe

This is some of the best tomato soup that you'll ever make and taste in your life. If you love tomato soup like I do then you need to try this Crockpot Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup.

Ingredients For Your Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

1. 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatos with juice

2. 1 cup finely diced celery

3. 1 cup finely diced carrots

4. 1 cup finely diced onions

5. 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp fresh oregano

6. 1 tbsp dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh basil

7. 4 cups chicken broth

8. 1 bay leaf

9. 1/2 cup flour

10.1 cup parmesan cheese

11.1/2 cup butter

12.2 cups half and half, warmed

13.1 tsp ground sea salt

14.1 tsp black pepper

Instructions For Making Your Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

Add tomatoes, celery, carrots, chicken broth, onions, oregano, basil, and bay leaf to a large slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5-7 hours, until flavors are blended and vegetables are soft.

About 30 minutes before serving prepare a roux. Melt butter over low heat in a skillet and add flour. Stir constantly with a whisk for 5-7 minutes. Slowly stir in 1 cup hot soup. Add another 3 cups and stir until smooth. Add all back into the slow cooker.

Stir and add the Parmesan cheese, warmed half and half, salt and pepper. Add additional basil and oregano if needed (the slow cooker does a number on spices and they get bland over time, so don't be afraid to always season to taste at the end).

Cover and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes or so until ready to serve.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits Copycat Recipe

Top Secret Restaurant Recipes: Red Lobster's Cheddar Biscuits, Copycat Recipe

Order an entrée from America's largest seafood restaurant chain and you get a basket of some of the planet's tastiest garlic cheese biscuits served up on the side. For many years this recipe has been the most-searched-for clone recipe on the Internet, according to Red Lobster. As a result, several versions are floating around, including one that was at one time printed right in the box of a baking mix.

The problem with making biscuits using a baking mix is that if you follow the directions from the box you don't end up with a very fluffy or flakey finished product, since most of the fat in the recipe comes from the shortening that's included in the mix.

On its own, room temperature shortening does a poor job creating the light, airy texture you want from good biscuits, and it contributes little in the way of flavor. So, we'll invite some cold butter along on the trip-with grated cheddar cheese and a little garlic powder. Now you'll be well on your way to delicious Cheddar Bay. Wherever that is.

Ingredients For Your Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits Copycat Recipe :

1. 2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix

2. ¾ cup cold whole milk

3. 4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)

4. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

5. 1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese

Bush on Top:

1. 2 tablespoons butter, melted

2. ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

3. ½ teaspoon garlic powder

4. pinch ground sea salt

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. 2. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ¼ teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix. 3. Drop approximately ¼-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop. 4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown. 5. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave. Stir in ½ teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. Use up all of the butter. Makes one dozen biscuits.

Pork Chops With Cream of Mushroom

Here is a delightfully delicious and easy way to make pork chops. Let me tell you pork chops should have flavor and bone in pork chops will always taste better than boneless pork chops. And I mean always. Also when making a dish like this always use the name brand items in your recipe.

You get what you pay for and the cheaper no brand store items will never have the flavor of the name brand item, especially when it comes to soup. Campbells just makes better soup than anyone else. So when your making a dish like Pork Chops with Cream of Mushroom yes always use Campbell's Cream Of Mushroom Soup. The flavor is there and you won't find it in a no name brand soup.

Ingredients For Your Pork Chops With Cream Of Mushroom Soup

1. Six Large Bone In Pork Chops.

2. One Small Box Button Mushrooms Sliced Thin.

3. Two Cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup.

I use and keep the new baking paper that has parchment paper on one side and tin foil on the other side. I use this paper to line my baking pans and here with this recipe the tin foil side goes down and the parchment paper side goes up. This baking paper is so wonderful and it makes clean up so easy. And anything that makes clean up easier is just wonderful. Yes wonderful.

Lay the pork chops down in the baking pan and then sprinkle the carton of sliced button mushrooms over the pork chops. Sprinkle on salt and pepper if you wish. Now open the two cans of golden mushroom soup and pour it over the pork chops and sliced mushrooms.

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Your mushrooms, gravy and pork chops will be done and you'll find you truly have some of the best pork chops that you'll ever eat in your entire life. I know that's saying a lot but these pork chops are that delicious. Yes indeed they are.

I usually serve these pork chops with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. I also usually make Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Man its making me hungry just to think of this wonderfully delicious meal. So what are you waiting on. Go to the supermarket and get what you need to make this delicious meal right now.
