Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken Tenders Recipe

You will need for this recipe Oriental Powdered Mustard, Honey, Soy Sauce, Powdered Garlic, Bacon, and Toothpicks.

In a large bowl combine 2 tablespoons of Oriental Powdered Mustard, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and two tablespoons of powdered garlic.

I use skinned boneless chicken thighs and I cut each skinned boneless chicken thigh up into three to four pieces. I usually do about a pound of skinned boneless chicken thighs. I put the chicken in the bowl of marinade and cover it. I then put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to over night. You will need to stir the chicken in the bowl a few times while it is marinading to make sure it all gets some of the marinade.

You can use chicken breasts for this recipe but I think the chicken thigh meat has much better flavor.

The next day I pour the marinade off the chicken and then wrap each piece of chicken thigh with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. I then grill the chicken on a hot grill until the chicken and bacon are both done. I promise you that this is some of the best chicken you will ever eat and yes I do mean ever.

Sprinkle with ground sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. This makes this chicken so very delicious. I now always use ground sea salt rather than regular table salt. I use course ground sea salt when ever I can find it.

I like to serve this grilled chicken with grilled mixed vegetables with sliced up mushrooms grilled with them, and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Click that link for a wonderful recipe of mine. The Worlds Best Coconut Cake can be found by clicking that link and it would go perfect with this meal.

The Best Ever Marinated Chicken Thighs

Most people still don't realize it but chicken thighs have much more flavor than chicken breasts. You can remove the skin and the bone and you have a wonderful flavorful piece of chicken.

Ingredients For Your Marinated Chicken Thighs

1. 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce.

2. 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.

3. 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce.

4. 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring.

5. 1 Tablespoon molasses.

6. 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.

7. 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar.

8. 1 teaspoon paprika.

9. 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.

10. 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

11. 1/4 Cup olive oil.

12. 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Preparation For Your Chicken Thighs

Mix together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke and molasses in a resealable plastic bag until the molasses has dissolved. Add the sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, powdered garlic, minced garlic, and olive oil; mix well. Add the chicken and coat it well with the marinade. Seal the bag and place it on a plate. Marinade in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Grill on preheated grill until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees and chicken is firm and opaque about 12 minutes per side. Discard any remaining marinade.

You can if you wish cut the chicken thighs up in small bite size pieces and put the pieces of chicken on bamboo skewers. Or you can slice the chicken into real thin strips and serve the chicken with heated Pita Bread for a delicious sandwich. If you go the Pita Bread route be sure to offer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sour cream with the heated Pita Bread. This makes a oh so wonderful sandwich.

Wonderfully Delicious Chicken Gyros

Do you like Gyros? I do and these are just so delicious that you just have to make and try them. You'll need to purchase some great quality Pita bread to make these Gyros with. Warm your Pita Bread in the oven at 200 degrees so your bread will be warm when you get ready to put your Chicken Gyros together.

How To Make The Chicken For Your Chicken Gyros

I take skinned boneless chicken thighs and I cook them in a pan after I sprinkle them with salt, pepper and powdered garlic. Then I put a teaspoon of plain Greek Yogurt on top of each chicken thigh. I bake them for about 30-35 minutes in a hot 350 degree oven and after they are cooked I cut them up in thin strips to go in my Gyros.

Cucumber Sauce

I take a couple of large cucumbers and puree them real smooth and then I mix in a fourth cup of plain Greek Yogurt. This is the dressing for your Gyros.

I chop a tomato up in small pieces and I chop up a sweet onion fine.

When you put your Chicken Gyros together you lay your warmed Pita Bread out and lay chicken at the center, then tomatoes and onions and then some of the Cucumber Sauce. I roll the sandwich up in a piece of tin foil and there you have one of the most delicious Chicken Gyros you will ever make and taste in your life. This sandwich is so delicious. I just ate one a few minutes ago and they are so delicious.

Easy Garlic Chicken Recipe

Look at that photo! If you love chicken like I do and garlic then you need to check out this delightfully delicious recipe for Garlic Chicken. It is truly one of the best recipes for garlic chicken that you'll ever see in your life. It is in fact some of the most delicious garlic chicken that you'll ever get to taste in your life.

I always take large chicken thighs and remove the skin and the bone from them. Then I use those skinned and boned chicken thighs to make this oh so delicious garlic chicken. And you know what? Chicken thighs are really the perfect piece of chicken. Chicken thighs have so much more flavor than chicken breasts. And if you'll buy the chicken thighs in the large family packs you can usually get chicken thighs for about a third the cost of chicken breasts.

Ingredients For Your Garlic Chicken

1. Eight Chicken Thighs with skin and bones removed.

2. Three Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic.

3. Four Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar.

4. Three Tablespoons Olive Oil.

I use parchment paper to line a large baking pan. I usually use the new baking parchment paper that has tin foil on one side and parchment paper on the other side. I put the tin foil side down and the parchment paper side up.

I rub each chicken thigh down with olive oil and then I sprinkle them on both sides with the minced fresh garlic, and the brown sugar. You want to be sure to get all the ingredients on both sides of the chicken thighs.

I then put the chicken in the baking pan on the parchment paper and I bake the chicken in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. When the juices run clear out of your chicken the chicken will be done. You'll want its internal temperature to be 165 degrees on an instant read cooking thermometer.

I like to serve this chicken dish with green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and cheese garlic biscuits.

I hope you get to make this recipe real soon and hope you enjoy it. Please pin this post and post the link to this recipe to your Facebook Page. Thanks very much.

Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

image hosted by ImageVenue.com

If you've never had Chicken Cordon Bleu made this way then you have never tasted the best chicken recipe in the world because I truly think that this is the best grilled chicken dish that I've ever had in my life.

You could make this dish with chicken breasts but I think you'll believe that made with chicken thighs that this is quite possibly the best grilled chicken recipe that you've ever tasted in your life. Yes it really is that good. Try it and I think you'll agree. And chicken thighs have so much more flavor than chicken breasts. Try it both ways and I think you'll agree that chicken thighs are just packed with flavor compared to chicken breasts. And the chicken thighs are usually about a third the cost of chicken breasts.

I pick out a pack of large chicken thighs to make this recipe with and I look for large chicken thighs. I then carefully remove the bone from each chicken thigh and the skin. Once you have the skin and bone removed you'll want to marinade the prepared chicken thighs in liquid Italian Dressing for at least four hours. You can do it over night if you want to. After the chicken gets through soaking in the marinade shake off any excess dressing before you proceed with the recipe.

You want to split each chicken thigh carefully almost in half cross ways across the chicken thigh so you have a pocket to put a thin slice of baked ham and a slice of Swiss cheese in. I also put a teaspoon of real butter inside with the cheese and ham. I then secure the whole thing with a toothpick.

You want your grill to be hot when you get ready to cook your chicken. Spray the grill grates with vegetable cooking spray. Cook your stuffed chicken thighs on one side until they are done on that side and then flip the chicken thighs over.

You don't want the chicken thighs to burn or get over done and dry out. Keep a spray bottle of water near your grill in case you have to put out any small fires on your grill.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

You'll want to make the below sauce for your Chicken Cordon Bleu and serve it over your chicken and also over your mashed potatoes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

1. One Cup Chicken Broth.

2. One Cup Whole Milk.

3. Four Tablespoons Butter.

4. One Tablespoon Dry Sherry.

5. Four Tablespoons Plain All Purpose Flour.

6. One Tablespoon Dijon Mustard.

7. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

8. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.

9. One Tablespoon Dried Ground Parsley.

You will want to start by heating your butter in a large skillet until it is just melted and then with a wire whisk work the plain all purpose flour into the butter.

Let the flour brown slightly but do not burn your flour. When it is slightly brown work everything else into the pan and keep stirring with a wire whisk to get everything very well mixed together. Cook on low heat until it is thickened like gravy. You can then spoon some of this delicious sauce over each serving of Chicken Cordon Bleu.

I think once you ever taste this wonderful dish that you'll agree that its one of the best chicken dishes that you've ever tasted in your life. It really is that delicious.
