Delicious Pulled Pork Casserole

If you love pulled pork like I do then I would just bet you would love this delicious pulled pork casserole. The flavor combinations in this casserole are just amazing. Yes amazing.

What You'll Need For Your Pulled Pork Casserole:

1. 1 (24-ounce) container refrigerated mashed potatoes, warmed

2. 1 cup frozen corn, thawed

3. 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

4. 1/4 cup sliced scallions, divided

5. 1 (18-ounce) container refrigerated BBQ pulled pork

6. 1 cup coarsely crushed potato chips

How To Put Your Pulled Pork Casserole Together:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine mashed potatoes, corn, 1 cup Cheddar cheese , and 2 tablespoons scallions; mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly spoon BBQ pork over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, scallions, and the potato chips.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until casserole is heated and chips are golden.

Beefy Mexican Mac Is So Very Delicious

You can add a little Mexican flair to your next pasta dish by using ground beef, corn, and taco seasoning. The flavors of this dish are so very wonderful. You can use your own favorite taco seasoning in this dish and this dish is just simply packed with flavor.

What You'll Need For Your Beefy Mexican Mac Pasta Dish:

1. 1 pound ground beef

2. 1 onion, diced very fine

3. 4 cups water

4. 1 (15-1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

5. 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes

6. 1 1/2 (1-ounce) envelopes dry taco seasoning mix

7. 8 ounces pasta twists

How To Do Your Dish:

In a large soup pot over high heat, brown ground beef and onion 8 to 10 minutes, until no pink remains in beef and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except pasta; mix well.

Bring to a boil, then stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 to 18 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
