What You'll Need For Your Beefy Mexican Mac Pasta Dish:
1. 1 pound ground beef
2. 1 onion, diced very fine
3. 4 cups water
4. 1 (15-1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
5. 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
6. 1 1/2 (1-ounce) envelopes dry taco seasoning mix
7. 8 ounces pasta twists
How To Do Your Dish:
In a large soup pot over high heat, brown ground beef and onion 8 to 10 minutes, until no pink remains in beef and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except pasta; mix well.
Bring to a boil, then stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 to 18 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
