Million Dollar Pound Cake

1. One Pound Butter, Softened.

2. Three Cups Sugar.

3. Six Large Eggs.

4. Four Cups All Purpose Flour.

5. 3/4 Cup Of Milk.

6. One Teaspoon Almond Extract.

7. One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

Your going to need a large bowl and a electric hand mixer. Start by beating your butter and then gradually add the sugar. Beat at medium speed with the electric hand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add your eggs one at a time being sure to beat the mixture after you add each egg.

Add flour to buttery mixture alternately with milk. Beginning and ending with the flour.

Mix well after each addition and then mix in the flavorings.

Spoon the batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour and 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.
