Instructions For Making Your Cincinnati Style Chili
Start off by cooking your hamburger and onions together until the ground beef is just done and brown. You want the onions to be just soft and not browned. Now drain the ground beef and onions well.
Add everything into a large crock pot or slow cooker and cook about six hours on high and then turn it down so it just keeps the chili warm.
Cook a pound of spaghetti noodles by the package directions and then drain well. Put a serving in the bottom of a large soup bowl and then pour a large ladle of the Cincinnati Style Chili in on top of the noodles. Top with shredded Mexican cheese and fine diced green onions including the tops. You won't find a better recipe for Cincinnati Style Chili anywhere else.
