Ingredients For Your Slow Cooker Pork Chops With Mushroom Wine Sauce

1. 6 - 8 Large Bone In Pork Chops

2. One Cup Flour Mixed With 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon powdered garlic and 1 teaspoon black pepper.

3. Two Eggs Mixed Very Well with One Cup Whole Milk.

4. Two Cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup

5. One Half Cup White Wine.

6. One Eight Ounce Box Sliced Button Mushrooms.

7. One Fourth Cup Of Apple Cider

Dip your pork chops into the milk and egg mixture and then into the flour mixture. Fry your pork chops on each side in a little vegetable oil until they are cooked golden brown on each side. You just want to brown them well on each side. They are going to finish cooking in the crock pot.

Once the pork chops are browned on both sides spray the inside of your crock pot with vegetable cooking spray and put the pork chops into the crock pot.

Now to the crock pot add two cans of golden mushroom soup, a 8 oz. box of sliced button mushrooms, a half cup of white wine and a fourth cup of apple cider. Yurn the crock pot on high for eight hours and leave it along with the lid in place. You can check to make sure it is not drying out but please resist the urge to peek.

What your going to end up with is the best damn pork chops you'll ever eat in your life. So what are you waiting on. Why not get busy making pork chops real soon. Enjoy.
