Carmel Nut Popcorn Clusters

Here we have a recipe for delicious Carmel Nut Popcorn Clusters that we are going to make with pecans, popcorn, and carmels. You will want to take a package of pecans and crush them up coursely. You don't want them in big pieces but you also don't want the nut pieces to be too small.

For Your Recipe You Will Need

1. 1 14oz. Package Caramels.

2. 2 Tablespoons Whipping Cream.

3. 12 Cups Popped Corn.

4. 1 Cup Pecans Broke Up In Small Pieces.

Combine the caramels and whipping cream in a glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave for three minutes or until melted. Stir once during the melting process.

Place pop corn and pecans in a large bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce, tossing gently to coat.

Place pop corn mixture onto a lightly greased baking pan and bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Let it cool and enjoy.
