Slow-Cooker Lasagna with Tomato Cream Sauce

You can make a delightfully delicious Crock Pot Lasagna in your crock pot and if you follow this recipe it will turn out perfect every time.

Ingredients For Your Crock Pot Lasagna

1. One Half Pound Ground Beef.

2. One Half Pound Bulk Italian Sausage.

3. Lasagna Noodles.

4. One 16 Oz. Carton Ricotta Cheese.

5. One Large Jar Prego Garden Spaghetti Sauce.

6. Two Cups Italian Blend Shredded Cheese.

7. Two Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

8. One Pound Sliced Button Mushrooms.

9. One Half Cup Water.

Instructions For Making Your Crock Pot Lasagna

Start off by cooking your bulk Italian Sausage and the ground beef together until it is brown but not over cooked and then drain very well. If you can't find bulk Italian Sausage then buy it in links and open them up and dump in the pan before cooking.

Sautee the mushrooms in a little olive oil until the mushrooms are done and then drain them well.

Spray the inside of your crock pot with vegetable cooking spray.

Start off by lining the bottom of the crock pot with lasagna noodles, then sauce, then the cheeses, then the meat, and then the mushrooms. Keep repeating this over and over finishing up with cheese at the top.

Take a spoon and on three sides make a small hole down through the lasagna in the crock pot and pour the 1/2 cup of water in. Put the lid on and cook on high for five hours.

Yes it really is that simple and it will turn out just perfect. Yes just perfect.

This is one of the best and simplest crock pot lasagana recipes that I've ever tried. I serve it with a green salad and cheesy garlic bread.
